Dolls

Akin to that of a zanpakuto, a doll is the physical manifestation of a bount's powers. Through the command "Ziget Dich" (meaning show yourself), it can shift into a more battle ready form while taking on a normal weapon or item appearance when not activated. Their personalities tend to vary while holding portions like that of their master, and personality is always dominant unlike a zanpakuto spirit's, whose personality is dormant aside for when a shinigami wishes to speak to them. The constant danger with dolls, however, is when either sustain significant damage the doll may turn on the owner - in the case of the owner taking too much damage - or simply reseal itself if the doll is too damaged in order to repair. Bonds between the doll and owner can also vary, in some cases a doll killing its master if they're too weak to handle the power of the doll, though its possible to also transgress this as in some cases the loyalty can extend to the point a doll refuses to part with its owner until the bitter end - on occasion refusing an order should it prove harmful to the bount.


Doll Name: Name of your doll, more than “hey you!” is appreciated.

Appearance:

Sealed Form: What does the object that your doll is sealed in look like? Can be something from a marble to a small statue - just be sure to make it something you can carry without too many problems. Their abilities are also sealed when in this form.

Weapon Form: What weapon can they take on? This is generally optional but no less handy. Is considered a release form and thusly its ability is accessible.

Main Form: Usually what the weapon becomes upon being released - unless you opt for the weapon form to be the "main form" - will often gain a body and capable of attacking freely in this form. Please describe as best as possible, and include height, as well as weight in this area. A description is required despite using an image since an image won't say all.

Personality: As all dolls have a mind of their own, how does yours act? Give them at least a bit of personality since they tend to be more vocal than a zanpakuto spirit.

Ability: What does your doll do? Does it transform into a couple of weapons, or do something more elemental like shooting out fireballs? (Just examples.) Please be descriptive in what they can do while keeping in mind they can't do everything as it'll help in the review process.

There are two routes that a bount may take: devour living human souls or resist the temptation. While a small diet tends to be necessary there are those who become uncaring whether that soul died or still lives within a vessle, corrupting their body as they drink from the source while the body becomes nothing more than a husk of dust. Anyone choosing to forgo the usual waiting period for the death of a person and eat from the source find a quick and easy power source so their doll gains steadily stronger until it grows and obtains either a new form and heightened version of their original ability, or merely an increase to their original ability with little visual clues of a change. Bounts opting not to feast on the living find the wait worth it down the road if they can hold out as they obtain an ability to combine with their doll to not only increase its capabilities through the merger and gain their doll's ability, but heighten that very ability. Gaining the power within either of these paths does gain the benefit of the bond with the doll increasing, chances of them turning against the user going down with those who opt against living souls seeing next to zero percent chance of such happening. Dolls respect those with patience and resistance, while a doll with a user who devours living souls respects the power but if they should become more powerful fear a potential revolt.

Note: to gain either path requires an admin's permission. And do go for the one that fits your bount, as Enhanced is for those who devour living souls and Merger is for those who opt against it.


Appearance: Does the appearance change in any way for the main form? Only that form will reveal visual changes unless one's main form is the weapon form, but describe any and all differences here.

Ability Growth: A somehow modified version of their previous ability, how has it grown since devouring living souls? What's new and changed?
