Below is a list of all items that you must ask permission for, as well as the number of posts that are required for your RPC to have before you are considered for such a thing. The only time this shall be ignored for some issues is upon character creation, at which time the profile must exceed the expectations of many of us to the point of where all Admin’s agree to you gaining such an item. This shall be very rare however so don’t expect it right off the bat unless you have a well typed out profile.

• Bankai – Single admin permission, 150IC posts.

• Arrancar – Single admin permission, 150IC posts.
  
  
• Segunda Ressurection – Double admin permission, 200IC posts.
  
  
• Final form – Single admin permission, 150IC posts.
  
  
• Masquerade – Unique requirements, IC thread proof of the event occurring.
  
  
• Enhanced doll – Single admin permission, 175IC posts.
  
  
• Advanced human abilities – Single admin permission, 175IC posts.
  
  
• Kido – Single admin permission, N/A IC posts.
  
  
• Reiatsu sensing – Single permission, N/A IC posts.
  
  
• Shunko – Double admin permission, Kido, 125IC post count.
  
  
• Shunpo, Sonido etc.: Single permission, N/A IC post count.
  
  
• Garganta: Single permission, Kido, Must know at least nine Kido, N/A IC post count.
